uniQue bite eatery is a family owned restaurant born in North Indio, CA in 2017 and founded by a husband and wife based on their love for food and cooking.  

Every dish is made fresh, from scratch, in-house, and with the best quality ingredients possible! It takes a lot of work and integrity but we think it's worth it!

Our kitchen has NO MICROWAVE! It's TRUE.

We’ve created some uniQue dishes and we’ve also put our own twist on some of the traditional ones to create a menu that is sure to please various taste buds!
